Christian Filli
Integral Coach & Consultant
Hello,
Thanks for stopping by, and I hope this website has at least piqued your curiosity. If you are currently entertaining questions related to how you can create new possibilities for yourself and those you seek to influence, then perhaps we should talk.
My specialty is in understanding patterns of human motivation, uncovering structures of interpretation, decoding cultural narratives, and examining how these might shape individuals, organizations, brands, and society at large.
In the past few years, I have enjoyed supporting a wide range of clients, from college students to tech entrepreneurs, marketing executives, professional athletes, construction workers, retail operators and HR managers. I draw upon a vast array of skills, resources and experiences, collected over time to provide a service that is comprehensive, multi-faceted and tailored to your needs. My main focus, whether in 1:1 coaching, group workshops or strategic projects, is to meet you where you are along your journey, actively listen to your aspirations, gently challenge your assumptions, and engage in courageous and meaningful dialogue, as we strive toward the desired outcome.
A little bit about how I got here.
The first part of my professional journey focused mostly on strategic planning, marketing communications and brand consulting. I oversaw commercial operations at Reebok for several years, and played a variety of roles within the most prominent multinationals in the field of creative services - Publicis, WPP and Omnicom. Eventually I decided to leave the corporate world and venture out on my own.
I have always been driven by a deep passion for personal development, creativity and leadership. I love to immerse myself in the realm of human evolution, integral philosophy and the mystery of consciousness. Essentially everything related to ideas, concepts, symbols, archetypes and shadows fascinates me. A nonconformist and skeptic at heart, I apply my diverse background, cultural acumen and curiosity to broadening my own perspective and guiding others, as we all navigate an ever more complex global landscape.
Formal education and training: I am an ICF certified Integral Coach, and I hold a B.A. in Social Communications.

Mixed origin and whereabouts: I am of Swiss-German-Italian-Cuban descent, born in Mexico, raised in Brazil, and currently based in Asheville, North Carolina.
Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Early years: By the age of 10, I had already lived in three different countries. This gave me a unique foundation and framework to begin understanding the world.
Upbringing: As a teenager, I split my time between the big city (where I went to school) and our family ranch (in the Brazilian countryside), working as a cowboy and cultivating the land. I came very close to becoming a vet.
Travel: I have been lucky enough to travel extensively across the Americas, Western Europe and East Africa. I also spent a little bit of time in India, China and Singapore. My bucket list includes at least a dozen countries I have not yet visited.
Sports: Undoubtedly the biggest constant in my life. It all started with horseback riding, swimming and skiing. Then soccer commanded all of my attention. I later discovered mountain climbing, adventure racing and long-distance triathlon. Nowadays you will regularly find me hiking in the Appalachia and the Rockies.
